The prequel to 2010’s live action adaptation ‘Tekken’, TEKKEN: KAZUYA’S REVENGE stars martial arts actor KANE KOSUGI. This will be his second foray into the video game genre as he previously starred in the ‘Dead Or Alive’ movie directed by Corey Yuen (Fong Sai Yuk, Bodyguard From Beijing). Kane can most recently be seen in ‘Ninja 2: Shadow Of A Tear’ opposite martial arts sensation Scott Adkins. This will be his first major leading role in a Hollywood production.

‘Kazuya’s Revenge’ also stars KELLY WANHAM (Dying Light), CARY-HIROYUKI TAGAWA (Tekken, Mortal Kombat), GARY DANIELS (Skin Traffik), and RON SMOORENBURG (Who Am I?).

The film will be directed by WYCH KAOSAYANANDA, who is mostly known for 2002′s ‘Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever’ starring Antonio Banderas, Lucy Liu, and Ray Park. ‘Ong Bak’ director PRACHYA PINKAEW was previously rumored to be the director, but is now unknown if he is involve with the movie at all. Hopefully he will still be on-board (at the the very least) as the fight choreographer. That alone will wet a lot of fan’s appetite.
