UPDATE: Take your first look at Milly Alcock on the set of Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow!

UPDATE: Jason Momoa (Aquaman) is officially returning to the DC universe. Momoa just confirmed via Instagram that he has been called upon to play Lobo!

Momoa will debut as the antihero in DC’s Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow with Craig Gillespie (Cruella) at the helm.

The film will also star Matthias Schoenaerts (The Old Guard) as villain Krem of the Yellow Hill and Eve Ridley (3 Body Problem) as Ruthye Mary Knolle.

Production is set to start rolling on January 13, 2025, with a release date targeted for June 26, 2026.

House of the Dragon star Milly Alcock has officially been cast as Superman’s cousin, Kara Zor-El, in DC’s Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow!

The character is expected to appear in a couple of DC Studios projects before her solo feature film. One of those projects may be James Gunn’s Superman: Legacy, which begins filming this spring.

Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow will be written by Ana Nogueira with a search for a director underway.

Production is targeted to begin this fall. Stay tuned.
