First Look At Tom Holland From Spider-Man: Brand New Day. UPDATE: Jackie Chan Confirms Action Guidance

UPDATE: Martial arts action legend Jackie Chan (Karate Kid Legends) has revealed that his action team is in charge of action guidance for Spider-Man: Brand New Day!

“I went to London and visited the set,” he revealed in a recent interview with hk01.com. “My Jackie Chan Stunt Team was busy filming Spider-Man, and I was the action director for the Jackie Chan Stunt Team.”

While Chan himself is not involved with the project, he did visit the Spider-Man: Brand New Day set, adding, “I went to watch their rehearsals, and the director was quite surprised to see me. I made sure he understood that they are part of my team!”

Chan’s famous stunt team’s last stint with Marvel Studios was on director Destin Daniel Cretton’s blockbuster Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021).

UPDATE: Stranger Things star Sadie Sink has signed on to join Tom Holland in Spider-Man 4!

No words yet on who Sink will be playing. Rumors has already been swirling that Marvel Studios has been eyeing Sink to play X-Men member Jean Grey. Or who knows, maybe she may be portraying the real Mary Jane.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings director Destin Daniel Cretton has officially signed on to helm Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man 4!

Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers are back to write the script while Marvel Studios head honcho Kevin Feige and former Sony head Amy Pascal are producing.

Tom Holland will reprise his role as Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. Production on the fourth installment is expected to start rolling early next year.

Cretton is still attached to direct Shang-Chi 2. With Marvel Studios fast tracking Spider-Man 4, it is unclear how this will affect that project.
