UPDATE: As expected, Warpath is an official follow-up to 2017’s Beyond Skyline.
XYZ Films has pre-bought all U.S. rights to distribute Skyline: Warpath. Joining the previously announced Iko Uwais, Scott Adkins and Yayan Ruhian are Louis Mandylor (Debt Collectors) and Randall J. Bacon (3 Days in Malay).
The film is set within the Skyline universe and five years after the events of Beyond Skyline, the movie follows Sua (Uwais) as he leads The Resistance against the aliens. When he discovers the powerful alien Radial Gauntlet, he must deal with both the corrupt Eric (Adkins) and the army of alien invaders.
XYZ Films will release Skyline: Warpath domestically in early 2025.

UPDATE: Yayan Ruhian (Beyond Skyline) is set to reunite with Iko Uwais as he has joined the cast of Warpath!
UPDATE: Star Iko Uwais has confirmed that his Triple Threat (2019) co-star Scott Adkins (John Wick Chapter 4) has joined the cast of Warpath!
Adkins also posted an image of him with Uwais Stunt Team in Indonesia prepping for the film.

Martial arts star Iko Uwais (Expend4bles) is set to reunite with Beyond Skyline (2017) director Liam O’Donnell for the sci-fi actioner Warpath.
According to FCS, the film follows Uwais as a small-time criminal who, after discovering a powerful artifact in the midst of a world-altering event, embarks on a perilous mission across Indonesia to save his people from warring factions of dangerous adversaries.
Uwais and his stunt team will also be handling the action choreography for the film.
