Hong Kong-based Golden Network Asia has secured multiple international distribution deals for The Shadow’s Edge, which is currently in post-production.
The film has been acquired by Plaion Pictures for Germany, NK Contents for South Korea, and Klockworx for Japan. Additional sales include SPI International (Eastern Europe), ATV (Turkey), Great Movies (Latin America), Shanghai Pictures (Malaysia), Prima Cinema (Indonesia), Shaw Renters (Singapore), Eagle International (Taiwan), Abnormal Studios (Cambodia and Myanmar), and Izagur Media (Mongolia). Negotiations are ongoing for other key markets, including CIS, Ukraine, and the Benelux region.
The film is produced by Victoria Hon and backed by iQiyi Pictures, Tao Tickets, Hairun Pictures, and Chen Xiang.
Chan stars as a retired surveillance expert formerly with the Macau Police, who is pulled back into the field to assist a team of elite young detectives in their battle against a powerful criminal syndicate.

The legendary Jackie Chan (Panda Plan) is re-teaming with director Larry Yang (Ride On) for the upcoming police thriller The Shadow’s Edge.
The film also features Hong Kong veteran Tony Leung Ka-fai (League of Gods) along with Wen Junhui (The Legend Is Born: Ip Man), Zhang Zifeng (High Forces), Ci Sha (Creation of the Gods I: Kingdom of Storms), Broňo Bajtala (100 Yards) and Lee Huang (Kung Fu Yoga).
