Oscar winner Michelle Yeoh (Everything Everywhere All at Once) is set to star in Prime Video’s limited series Blade Runner 2099, a follow up to 2017’s Blade Runner 2049. Details about Yeoh’s role and the plot are currently being kept under wraps.
The first two episodes will be directed by Shogun’s Jonathan van Tulleken, who will also serve as executive producer alongside Steven Johnson.
Production has recently started overseas in Prague.
