Synopsis: Miles Morales returns for the next chapter of the Oscar®-winning Spider-Verse saga, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he encounters a team of Spider-People charged with protecting its very existence. But when the heroes clash on how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders and must redefine what it means to be a hero so he can save the people he loves most.
The sequel to the Oscar-winning Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse has delayed its release date. Split into two parts, Part 1 has pushed back its release date from October 7, 2022 to June 2, 2023 while Part 2 is set for March 29, 2024.
Directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson from a script by Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and Dave Callaham, the sequel sees the return of Shameik Moore as the voice of Miles Morales / Spider-Man as he goes on an adventure across the multiverse with Gwen Stacy / Spider-Woman (once again voiced by Hailee Steinfeld) and a new team of Spider-People who must face a powerful villain. Also returning from the first film are Oscar Isaac as Miguel O’Hara / Spider-Man 2099 and Jake Johnson as Peter B. Parker / Spider-Man. Issa Rae has also joined the cast as Jessica Drew / Spider-Woman.
