Action legend Sylvester Stallone (Rambo: Last Blood) is teaming up with the master of explosions himself, Michael Bay (6 Underground, Bad Boys 2) for the upcoming action thriller Little America.
Rowan Athale (Strange But True) is set to write and direct the film with Bay as executive producer along with Platinum Dune.
The film takes place in the distant future as “America has become bankrupt and turned into a war zone, Sly will play a former Army Ranger hired by an Asian billionaire to find his daughter. With the highly skilled sister of the missing woman along for the ride, Sly’s Ranger must navigate the dark underbelly of Little America, a walled-off city within a city in Hong Kong where many Americans have fled.”
Production starts rolling this summer.
