Sean Patrick Flanery (The Boondock Saints) is set to team up with martial arts stars Mark Dacascos (John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum) and Michael Jai White (Triple Threat) along with former WWE superstar Rob Van Dam (Black Mask 2: City Of Masks) for the indie action thriller Assault On VA-33.

Directed by Christopher Ray (Mercenaries), the film follows a “decorated veteran and PTSD sufferer, Jason Hill (Flanery), who he meets his wife, Jennifer, for lunch at the Veteran’s Affairs hospital where she works. After Jennifer is called away for an emergency consultation with the head of US Military’s Joint Chiefs of Staff, the hospital and everyone in it are taken hostage by heavily armed terrorists. Jason becomes the last line of defense and must battle the terrorists and his own PTSD induced demons to save his wife, the General, the hospital’s staff and patients.”

Assault On VA-33 also stars Abigail Hawk (Blue Bloods), Weston Cage Coppola (Circus Kane), Rachel True (The Craft), Gina Holden (TV’s Blood Ties), Brittany Underwood (Death Clique), Max Adler (23 Blast), Richard Gabai (Call Of The Wild) and Gerald Webb (Sniper: Special Ops).
