20th Century Studios has officially announced Predator: Killer of Killers, a new original animated action-adventure film set within the iconic Predator universe. The movie is set to premiere exclusively on Hulu on June 6th.
This anthology-style film will follow three of history’s most fearsome warriors: a Viking raider leading her son on a vengeful blood-soaked journey, a feudal Japanese ninja locked in a deadly succession battle with his Samurai brother, and a World War II pilot confronting an unearthly threat in the skies over the battlefield. Though each is a formidable killer in their own right, they find themselves hunted by a far deadlier foe—the ultimate predator, a killer of killers.
Directed by Dan Trachtenberg (Prey) and co-directed by Josh Wassung of animation studio The Third Floor, the film is penned by Micho Robert Rutare, based on a story by Trachtenberg and Rutare. The project is based on the original Predator characters created by Jim and John Thomas.
Predator: Killer of Killers is produced by John Davis, Dan Trachtenberg, Marc Toberoff, and Ben Rosenblatt, with executive producers Lawrence Gordon, James E. Thomas, John C. Thomas, and Stefan Grube.
