UPDATE: Deadpool & Wolverine’s Morena Baccarin has joined the cast of The Wrecking Crew!
The film follows two half-brothers — one a loose-cannon cop (Momoa) and the other a disciplined Navy SEAL (Bautista). After 20-odd years of bad blood, they must work together to unravel the conspiracy behind their father’s murder in Hawaii. Baccarin will play Momoa’s frustrated girlfriend.
Rounding out the cast are Temuera Morrison (Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom), Jacob Batalon (Spider-Man: No Way Home), Frankie Adams (Mortal Engines), Miyavi (Kate), Stephen Root (Barry) and Claes Bang (The Northman).
Production is set to start rolling this October in New Zealand.

Blue Beetle (2023) director Ángel Manuel Soto has signed on to helm the buddy action comedy The Wrecking Crew starring Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3) and Jason Momoa (Fast X).
