NBC have placed an order for a new PREQUEL TV series to the hit action franchise TAKEN produced by LUC BESSON.
The original film was released back in 2008 that surprised audiences with a slick edge-of-your-seat action thriller that catapulted lead actor LIAM NEESON into action hero status. Neeson played ‘Bryan Mills’, a retired CIA operative on a mission to save his daughter by any means necessary.
The TV series will follow a younger ‘Bryan Mills’ on his journey to learning his “very particular set of skills” that we all witnessed in the ‘Taken’ trilogy.
No words yet on who will portray ‘Mills’ in the series. Casting should be underway soon.
